Rocket Lab's Electron launched the QPS-SAR-20 satellite to low Earth orbit from New Zealand on November 2, marking the vehicle's 99th overall mission. The mission delivered a synthetic aperture radar satellite for the Institute for Q-shu Pioneers of Space, Inc. to their constellation in LEO.

Eight launches are scheduled this week from sites in the United States, China, New Zealand, and South Korea. China plans four missions on Chang Zheng 2C, Chang Zheng 12, Ceres 2, and Kinetica 2 rockets. South Korea will launch Mir, a four-stage solid rocket vehicle capable of delivering 500 kg to LEO, on its second flight from an offshore platform on Jeju Island on November 4.

SpaceX's Falcon 9 will launch two classified payloads for the United States Space Force. The first mission departs Vandenberg Space Force Base on November 4, using booster B1095 on its eighth flight. The booster previously supported GPS III SV10 and seven Starlink missions. Recovery will occur downrange on the droneship Of Course I Still Love You. This will be Falcon 9's 702nd overall mission.

The second Falcon 9 USSF mission launches November 8, also from Vandenberg, following a southeasterly trajectory into LEO. The booster designation for this mission has not been announced, but will land on Of Course I Still Love You. This mission marks Falcon 9's 703rd overall flight.

China's Kinetica 2 launches November 3 from Jiuquan to deliver communications satellites to polar orbit for the SpaceSail Polar Group. Chang Zheng 12 launches November 5 from Wenchang, a medium-lift vehicle with 5,000 kN liftoff thrust capable of delivering 12,000 kg to LEO. The mission will carry nine SatNet LEO Group satellites.

Galactic Energy's Ceres 2 solid-fueled vehicle launches November 6 from Jiuquan on a return-to-flight mission after an unsuccessful inaugural launch in January 2026.
